HOW IT WORKS.

What happens in your sessions and what the NS1 does.

One-on-one virtual sessions, through the Elite ACL app.

THE SURGERY WENT FINE. YOUR QUAD DIDN’T GET THE MESSAGE.

You squeeze. Nothing happens.
You try again. Still nothing.
So you start to wonder if it's you.

It isn't you.

After injury and surgery, the nervous system deliberately limits how hard the quad can contract. This is called arthrogenic muscle inhibition. The muscle is not damaged; the signal to it is turned down.

And underneath all of it, the other question. Will I trust this knee again? Will I be the athlete I was?

That's the one we're here for.

EACH STEP IS EARNED.

Here is what that looks like in your sessions.

Clean movement first.

Your knee bends and straightens fully, and you work through the Elite 20: the 20 foundational movement patterns Evan has identified, done without shifting, hiking or guarding.

Not just the knee.

In every phase we look at the whole body, not just the knee. Calves are often forgotten, and what we find can lead to upper-body work too.

Hard, and in control.

The difficulty is intentional. You learn to stay relaxed and in control when the work is hard, the same skill you need when you return to sport.

WHAT THE NS1 DOES.

In your sessions, your coach uses the NS1, an FDA-cleared direct current stimulation device, during guided movement for muscle re-education and neuromuscular re-education.

This is not a passive experience by any means. This is continuous work.

Because the NS1 lets athletes work with high muscle activation under low external load, we can do a high volume of quality work per session within surgeon restrictions.

Our own NS1 measures guide where we train. They are not clinical tests.

YOUR SESSIONS, IN THE ELITE ACL APP.

Your coaching sessions are one-on-one and virtual through the Elite ACL app. You can train from the comfort of your own home, gym, or rehab space without any equipment needed.

In between calls, programming is provided by your coach to help keep the progress moving forward.

Accountability and undivided attention.

There's nothing more important than building the relationship with our athletes. And that starts with one-on-one virtual sessions every week through our monthly program. The more that we see our clients, the more tailored the program can become and the more individualized the progressions will be.

Each one is virtual and one-on-one, with the same coach, who knows your goals and watches every rep.

The average client works with our team two times a week with the opportunity to continue using the NS1 through a guided program on the app.

We know our role.

All of our programming is based off of the surgeon's or PT's protocol. We follow the range of motion, strength and hop tests from your physical therapist and surgeon, so our work lines up with their milestones.

We're not the ones deciding when the athlete advances. We're not the ones making any clearances along the way. We're simply here to help optimize your recovery and improve performance.

HOW IT WORKS,
IN THREE STEPS.

  1. Tell us where you are.

    Work with us
  2. Meet your coach.

    One-on-one virtual sessions.

  3. Train.

Two to three sessions a week, with your coach guiding every rep. Your Elite program exercises in the app between sessions.
