CLEARED IS NOT THE SAME AS READY.

The muscle is not damaged; the signal to it is turned down.
It’s not that you lost your strength, or that you don’t have the strength you had before surgery. It’s that your brain is now protecting you from accessing it.

HEAR IT FROM THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE WORK.

FOUR TO EIGHT WEEKS. HE TOOK FOUR DAYS.
Evan started Elite ACL because he knows what it feels like to be injured, handed a number and told to wait. In 2012, at Penn State, his number was four to eight weeks. He was back on the field in four days.

LET’S CLEAR A FEW THINGS UP.
Can I do this alongside my physical therapy?
Yes, absolutely. Our program is built to support and supplement your in-person PT. When the Elite program is combined with in-person PT, the clients cared for by Evan and the specialists he has trained report, on average, double the functional scores the research shows. At three months, they report scores not typically seen in the published research until around six months.*
Can I do this from home?
Absolutely. Sessions are one-on-one and virtual. Your ACL recovery specialist teaches you the setup, and tells you how to use the NS1 between sessions.
